Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on working days are dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched

Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent with full tracking. You can track your order using:

  • The tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email
  • Your LoomBros account under "Order History"
  • Contacting our customer service team with your order number

Delivery Locations

We deliver to:

  • UK Mainland (England, Scotland, Wales)
  • Northern Ireland (additional charges may apply)
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands (additional charges may apply)
  • Channel Islands and Isle of Man (additional charges may apply)
  • BFPO addresses
  • International destinations (see table above)

We currently do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Safe Place Delivery

If you won't be home, you can leave delivery instructions during checkout. Our couriers can leave packages in a safe place, with a neighbour, or in an outbuilding. Please note that LoomBros is not responsible for packages left in safe places as requested.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • The courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection
  • Two further delivery attempts will be made
  • After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse
  • Re-delivery charges may apply for returned packages

Missing or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate with the courier and either locate your parcel or arrange a replacement or refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for investigation before a replacement or refund can be processed.

Damaged Deliveries

If your delivery arrives damaged:

  • Please photograph the damaged packaging before opening
  • Inspect contents and photograph any damaged items
  • Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify addresses if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible, and you may need to arrange with the courier directly.

Sustainable Packaging

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact. Our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible. We use minimal plastic and encourage customers to recycle or reuse our packaging.
